Location Description: |
The area of the Working Zone Ravni gaj of the Municipality of Knić covers an area of about 33.60 ha, it is located in the eastern part of the project P.P.O. The book on which the plots are located. The complex is located along important roads, ie at the intersection of two roads: State road of the first order no. 23 Kragujevac - Ravni Gaj - Knić - Mrčajevci (Čačak) and state road of the first order no. 23.1. Kragujevac - Ravni Gaj - Vitanovac (Kraljevo), where all the plots that have been functionally active on this stretch so far, and have direct access. The importance of this zone certainly represents the infrastructural location potential which is reflected in the important traffic flows and potentials that this zone can realize with an adequate approach to planning, which means equipping the entire project with the necessary infrastructure. Based on the public invitation of the Ministry of Economy, through the Business Infrastructure Development Program in 2017, the Municipality of Knić provided funds for the construction of traffic infrastructure of the manipulative road within the Working Zone - Phase I. This project will make a section of 70 meters. Equipping with transport infrastructure is the first step towards attracting new investors and improving the conditions for the existing economy. |
