The location is situated on plot no. 150 KO Boljevac, 0.13.71ha in size. The location extends through the center of town, on the corner of Obilićeva and Karlja Alexander. The zone is envisaged to be a housing area with central content based on general urbanisam plan of Boljevac. Residential-commercial building built on the basis of a joint construction contract (co-financing) between Building Directorate of Serbia d.o.o. from Belgrade, and the Municipality Boljevac who is registered on 20.07.2004.god.
