Location Description: |
The Minel industrial zone is located between the highway E - 75 Belgrade - Nis on the east and the State Road IIA row 158 Ćuprija - Paraćin on the west. It is intended for industrial use and is 3 km away from the center of Ćuprija, and 5 km from the center of Paraćin. The investments of the companies Feke Automotive, Gomex d.o.o. have already been realized at this location. and Gerovit. Within the scope of the General Regulation Plan for the urban settlement of Ćuprija, the area of this industrial zone is 242.40 ha and is mostly privately owned. The investment offer, Industrial Zone Minel 1, of available construction land that is in the public ownership of the municipality of Ćuprija, is 6.15 ha. Minel Industrial Zone is fully equipped with infrastructure and offers the possibility of new construction of industrial facilities, production, utilities, and commercial facilities.
