Location Description: |
Zmič Industrial Zone is located 3.5 km from the center of Paraćin towards Ćuprija on the State Road IIA row 158, more precisely between the State Road IIA row 158 and Corridor 10 (Highway E 75) - the access road was built in good condition several years ago and no additional investment is required. In the Zmic Industrial Zone, the free area is 14 ha 26 are 62 m2 intended for the construction of commercial facilities, while so far 16 ha 91 ar 54 m2 have been occupied. In addition to the State Road IIA row 158, there is also the main international railway through Serbia, which connects the north and south of Europe with the Middle East. Currently, the Industrial Zone does not have a direct traffic connection to Corridor 10, but if the investment in the Industrial Zone is justified, there is a possibility of building a direct traffic connection to Corridor 10. The distance of the Industrial Zone from the Paracin loop The advantage of Paracin is its excellent geographical position. It lies on the 156th kilometer of the international highway E-75 towards Nis and the Middle East, at the beginning of the international road E-761 for Zajecar and Bulgaria, at the junction for the road E-760 towards Krusevac, for Montenegro and Croatia. Investors are also exempt from paying fees for arranging construction land for production and storage facilities if they are part of a production facility in accordance with the Law on Planning and Construction and the Decision of the Municipal Assembly of Paracin on fees for arranging construction land. If it is only a storage facility (without production), the fee is paid. If it is a project of economic development of special importance, and with the approval of the Government of the Republic of Serbia, it is possible to get the land for use without compensation. |
