Location Description: |
The location is on the left side of the Sava River. It is directly connected to the E70 highway (Belgrade-Zagreb), and the E75 highway (Belgrade-Budapest) is nearby. It is 65 km away from Belgrade, 66km from Novi Sad, and 40km from the airport. There is also an industrial railway nearby. Within the production hall of 7,660m2, where 10 different production cells are located, there is an empty space of 1,800m2 in once and additionally potential 1,000 m² next to it. There is as well sufficient of warehouse space to process additional logistics. There is close to 15,000m2 of land available for a build-to-lease project for future development potential. In case of need, it is possible to additionally release up to 300m2 near this unit of 1,800m2. We are ready for different types of agreements in terms of renting space for production, service production using our know-how, if possible a program similar to ours (rubber, plastic). We are also open to discussion if the opportunity arises for another type of production. The complete necessary infrastructure exists on the site, also in case of need, it is possible to make additional preparations and works. |
