Location Description: |
The enclosed area is located in the northwestern part of the city (Zone North II) in the immediate vicinity of the city road, which provides good connections with the city and state A1 (E75). At the existing location, and within the urban project, there is the possibility of constructing new production or storage spaces. The complete space on the plot 2222 is covered with lightning protection (four devices for early start) as well as an adequate external and internal hydrant installation. Within the complex there is room for parking 200 passenger cars and, if necessary, 30 trucks. All roads within the complex are adapted to heavy traffic.
