Zastava auto parts Knić is a company that has been in bankruptcy since May 2015. It is important to note that the bankruptcy debtor was not employed on the bankruptcy day. The bankruptcy debtor has a total of 12 facilities. The facilities are located on the right side of the regional road, just off the railway line Kragujevac - Kraljevo, are located about 2km from the center of Knić. All facilities are in operation, equipped with the complete infrastructure necessary for carrying out the production process. The original purpose of the building was related to the metalworking industry. Within the existing space, roads were treated with cast asphalt, buildings were acquired by construction. They were built in accordance with applicable laws, regulations and standards. There is no pollution of the terrain and pollution risk, there is no landfill near, there is no risk of flooding and seismic activity, no use and presence of harmful materials in construction, there is no danger to health and safety and there is no risk in terms of environmental protection. The Agency for Restitution submitted a notice stating that there are no submitted claims for the return of property or compensation for the required plots and objects, as well as for all parcels where the debtor was entitled to use. The Republic Property Directorate has provided notice that by inspecting the public electronic database of seized property held in this Directorate, it has been established that no seizures of confiscated property for the properties in question have been found. The bankruptcy debtor has significant amounts of equipment that served to perform the core business. The most valuable equipment consists of machines for processing and finishing metal. Also, the bankruptcy debtor has larger quantities of supplies, especially supplies of ready-made goods, supplies of materials and tools. The facilities were originally intended for the production of braking systems for the automotive industry. |
